Our Commitment to the program is from the same players.
Here is a question…
Do your actions match your goals?
All players have goals.
Some want to play College ball.
Some just want to make the team.
No matter what your goal is you have to take the right action towards that.
Ask yourself this, “Do my daily actions match up with my goals?”
You can’t tell me you want to play College ball
if you play video games and surf Facebook 5 hours a day. Or can’t make at least one conditioning session a week.
You can’t tell me you want to make the team, if you don’t have a daily plan to improve your skills.
You can’t tell me we can get team cohesion in ten days after tryouts or you can remember 15-20 pages of information in that same amount time.
If your actions don’t match your goals, you basically have two choices:
1. Shrink your goals
2. Change your habits.
Get to work.
